We all have different reasons for running.  For some, it is a path to weight loss. For others, it may be the only time in a day they are able to focus on time for themselves.  Yet for others, it is a wonderful way to meet new people and find time to socialize with others! Whatever your reason is for running, I’m glad you're here!

I am passionate about running as it has changed my life.  It has changed my body, my mind, my heart, and my spirit. I have found joy, peace of mind, and confidence in running, all of which I have been looking for my entire life.  I hope to pass on my love of running to you, and help you discover your potential, set and crush goals, and become an even better version of yourself.

 
COACHING PHILOSOPHY

My coaching philosophy is simple. I believe that anyone and everyone can be a runner.  It requires patience, consistency, determination, grit, and a whole lot of heart. Oh, and a  great pair of running shoes. If you give you all to running, it will give it all back, plus more. As long as you are willing to set realistic goals and be consistent with training, you can do anything you set your mind to! We are better together!

WHAT IS A RUNNING
COACH?

A running coach designs a training plan for runners of all abilities.  Whether you are new to running or an experienced runner, I will work with your abilities and your schedule to help you reach your goals.

Services

A 12 Week Coaching Session includes:

-Private Consultation (within 25 miles of 04011)

-A Personalized 12 Week Training Plan

- Remote Coaching via eMail and weekly check-ins included.

- Training Strategies, Goal Setting, and Analysis

- A Running Goal Specific Plan

- Nutrition Review
